At the Ministry, we like simplicity and we have developed a simple minute block system for buying time.

Minutes are purchased in advance to be used on our support services. The price of the minute block is dependant on how many minutes are purchased at one time, see below for details

There are no additional fees for remote support sessions, however for on-site work a call out fee to cover admin and travel costs applies, the following costs are for central london within the M25, for charges outside this area please call:

When support is used minutes are deducted from your balance, there are no extra charges or retaining fees.

The minutes cover all your support requirements. Consultancy and business analysis services can also be priced per hour and given on a pay as you go basis. The rates for each of our business IT human resources is given below:
