All incoming support requests are logged, tracked, and managed through our Help Desk system which also shows previous problem resolutions for your business. Storing the details of all past support work means the history of your pervious problems and issues are to hand at all times so any of our consultants can jump right in to help.
Rapid response to your problems
When you contact us, we will raise a support ticket for either standard or critical class problems, critical effecting more than one user. When the item is standard class our response time is set to a maximum of 25 minutes with most critical issues responded to within 10 minutes.
Support is always just a phone-call away: Support Line is available to customers Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. GMT and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT.
